Comes back and says we have to strap the blue pressure tank to the wall, failed. Run out, buy strapping and install it. Wait til he comes back to confirm another day Yesterday, fail again. "Because you decided to leave all of the piping exposed without a housing, you must paint all of the piping. Fail."
