Even if you usually eat cheaply enough to the point the $75k seems tempting, you can easily up your food game and go for fancier/healthier stuff that would normally be a lot more expensive, and that will easily add up to way more than $75k in just the span of a few years. Someone really going gung-ho on this offer would probably break $75k in savings even before one year.

It's still going to result in far easier day-to-day living, simply because you can take food out of your (personal) budget.
