basically, that means they can hit you with a virus that affects your tech (can burn you, zap you, make you go insane, to the point you kill anyone around you, commit suicide, etc.). there are also people with tech that can warp around at super speed. finally, there's Adam Smasher, who's basically all chrome with the exception of his brain. he has all of the latest tech, and is seen as Night City's monster. --- Don't you agree, Zach? https://streamable.com/enq4r7 ...
