hacking has nothing to do with willpower in Cyberpunk; it directly attacks your cyberwear.so do the things that keep trying to shutdown or override robocop he is overpowering his cyberware. that's just how he DO boxoto posted... RoboCop can literally have the most heart out of every fictional character out there, but if he's hacked so he can't see, or his body can't move, or his synapses are burnt out, there's nothing he can do about that outside of having tech that protects against stuff like that.he can will his way thru it, is what im saying boxoto posted... as far as Adam Smasher, due to how slow RoboCop is, he wouldn't be able to touch him if he didn't want to be touched.he's big so following rules of fiction, he is stupid and would underestimate robocop and get close have u seen the mountain versus pedro pascal? itd be like that, robocop is the mountain --- My fate was the grandest, most brilliant of them all.
