Texting is fine, but mass social media like fb, twitter, tumblr, they are horrible for mental health I wish there was a way to like test or gauge if someone is mentally well enough to handle social media. Like, I use it no problem. I love looking at funny memes, news related to my interests, discussing stuff I like with others who have the same interests, sharing funny posts with the guys, and of course, looking at hot chicks. Its not difficult. But Im also for the most part, content with my life, so I dont use it to compare my life to others, and I definitely dont doomscroll about shit that I cant control.
