Second, there's some sort of professional standard. Even if your money does just get you a free shot with someone, there's no guarantee that they'll put in any effort or that the sex will be good. Woth an escort, its their job to do what you want in the bedroom, and requires none of the complications of "natural" relationships. Third, its no strings attached.
