I've got no idea what I'd do if I fasted. I get cranky as hell when I'm hungry so I'd probably be a prick. Do you usually eat a really big meal or have something special before fasting starts?So normally I have a bowl of Msli for breakfast. Since I'm fasting, I also had an extra vanilla yoghurt and some glasses of water.
