They clarified it was, indeed, what the services cost, but they also implied they went in person, which makes sense. In-person services definitely do have a much higher cost. The H&R Block online software is worth using, I think it's even free, or a very minimal cost, but you do have to do everything yourself, there's nobody doing it for you.
