Which Biden frequently does anyways. Biden's never given credit by those who think they're the smartest person in the room for his hopeful message of what he's already provided us and how he wants to go further in the future, as shown in his SOTU. The fact that he's also warning us about the very real threats to our rights and freedoms doesn't mean he's "running on negativity", that's just him "keeping it real" because that's a very real threat we face.
