The way I see it, while someone at the age of 21 is still an "adult" by all metrics, this is also at a stage of their life where they are potentially vulnerable. They haven't quite yet figured out how to be an adult and especially in today's world, most are still trying to figure out how to be independent period.

There's definitely room for someone that much older to take advantage of their situation and considering everything about Boogie, it does come across quite creepy.

Plus, I'm only 29 and I already can't see myself being at the same mindset in life as someone who's 21. But that's just me.
