The "extreme examples" are precisely what the bill is forExactly. I haven't had a chance to comb over everything in this bill, but it's worth noting that it covers a lot more than just "intellectual diversity" in the classroom. For example, Committee Amendment #19 adds this in: Student immunizations. Provides that a student enrolled in a health profession education program may not be required to receive an immunization as a condition of: (1) participating in; or (2) obtaining; clinical training or clinical experience required by the program. Allows a student to bring a civil action against an entity for a violation of these provisionsSource: https://iga.in.gov/pdf-documents/123/2024/senate/bills/SB0202/committee-amendments/drafts/AM020219.pdf And you just know they're going to try to sneak in other stuff like that. --- Steam/Xbox/PSN = NoxObscuras Z490 | i9-10900K | EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra | 32GB DDR4 3600 | 4TB SSD ...
