Not every viewpoint is worthwhile or needs to be welcomed. But the bill is expressly to allow those viewpoints.
Exactly. I haven't had a chance to comb over everything in this bill, but it's worth noting that it covers a lot more than just "intellectual diversity" in the classroom. For example, Committee Amendment #19 adds this in:

Student immunizations. Provides that a student enrolled in a health profession education program may not be required to receive an immunization as a condition of: (1) participating in; or (2) obtaining; clinical training or clinical experience required by the program. Allows a student to bring a civil action against an entity for a violation of these provisions
