Its brought up as the main point all the time. Just, again, not in the circles you apparently pay attention to. Maybe the reason you only see it as a counter argument is because you hang out in too many spaces full of people whining about feminism and saying but what about the men.

also, fat men have to say that way less because fat men have always been represented in the media. Unrealistic body standards and general fat shaming still need to be addressed though.
