Taking the latter half there, I imagine the stoning to death is determined by if one were married.

Average age for muslim women is 16-20. Now, in Afghanistan, I wouldn't be surprised if that trends lower due to economic pressures since dowries are a thing, so poor Afghan families with daughters to spare are going to marry them off sooner than later.

Thanks for doing the research for me. Normally for these kinds of stuff I would ask my friends/coworkers about but almost anytime this type of conversation gets brought up, they are almost always very silent about (and for good reason I guess).
