Give me an example of a game that is blatant about old-fashioned gender roles (and isnt being a reflection of the time period, like RDR).
No specific games come to mind. But why do you need an example? The whole point of Microsoft outlining all of this is to help up and coming developers think about it and avoid doing it. It's not a critique of any games. Which is why I think it's ridiculous to get upset about this.

If were talking char creators, I feel like this is more skewed in favor of female characters anyway, since they tend to have way more variety and options compared to males.
I'd imagine it's more about non customizable characters if they're taking about ensuring the women are just as skilled as the men. Custom characters generally play the same regardless of what cosmetic changes you make.

And again, I don't have any specific example I can think of that does create a skill difference like that. But I think that's a good thing that it's not common.

I mean, Stellar Blade is technically already following that suggestion then. The skimpy option comes with zero defense, so players are naturally penalized for using it for the sake of horny. Which is fine.
And that's fine. Microsoft never referenced any games. The mention of Stellar Blade came from the author of that article.
