| ForsakenHermit 03/29/24 9:47:37 PM #36: | Rey's biggest problem was that she was too evenly matched with Kylo at best and and superior far too early at worst. Compare it to the dynamic between Luke and Vader in Empire or Anakin and Dooku in AoTC and it doesn't come across as all that intense. Not that those dynamics don't have their flaws but they worked better than Rey & Kylo.
