Back in the very first episode she said that her dad, "Used," to be a fan of The Beef. Why wouldn't he be now? Then all the pills on her house. I don't know, I hope it's true. I hope we get more flashbacks in Season 3. We still have to find out why and how Carmy attacked Pete. I think that's what happened.
