I hadnt for the longest time, that I can recall anyway. I had quit altogether for about a year or so, but then started up maybe 6 months ago.

Just this past month or so, I started noticing issues. Figured it was stress, old age, etc etc. but then did some searching on the subject. Yup found out pretty quick that it was a thing, and I have indeed been increasing my intake a ton the last month or so.

Quit cold turkey 3 days ago and things already seem more back to normal. Thankfully.
Idk if I would blame that on vaping, my man. Nicotine withdrawal lasts longer than 3 days
