The SNES was pretty but I think the Genesis was still better in performance? Or that's what everyone was screaming at that time. I don't think it matters though. The Switch puts a lot more focus on their first party library which runs smoothly for the most part. Its also pretty so its not like you need to go full on extreme in graphics.
