I agree. I generally don't want runny yolk unless I have toast or potatos with it, and even then over medium is good for me. I also think 'wet' scrambled eggs are disgusting. Make them rubbery and even brown it a little!

I've tried making all the scrambled egg variants. Gordon Ramsay's soft creme fraiche eggs etc.

I want my scrambled eggs to taste like they were made in a diner by a chef who didn't really give a shit or have the time to look after them properly.
