Nice TC. I have the game, but I stopped doing it because I was going to the gym with my co-worker. Maybe I should pick it up again now that we've stopped.

Mostly your arms, legs and abs. To move your character forward, you either have to run in place or squat in place. Or high knees for certain parts.

And then combat is done with the ring. Different enemies are weak against certain exercise types. It even corrected your form if you're not doing it right.

What gets better?
Your overall fitness really. It's a surprisingly good workout, so if you're consistent your strength and endurance will increase.

How much space you need?
A decent amount of space. Like enough space to lunge out lay down while you're playing.

Here's a video from just after the game came out, where a personal trainer tries the game out and says that it's actually a good workout.
