There's been a few times where there was a rule in place simply because other employees couldn't be trusted but I knew I wouldn't do the thing that caused there to be a rule about it. That reminds me how at my old job we had to set up some rules so the colleagues don't break our processes. They didn't apply to me, because I was setting up, managing and maintaining these processes (and rules). Take a guess who broke the rule and the process in one go? My boss.
