They also fraudulently list restaurants that don't actually have agreements w/ them and have people just go in and buy stuff as if they're the customer, just to deliver it to the actual customers. Which leads to situations like a bakery in the pandemic era selling milkshakes w/o lids that some guy then took in his car to deliver to someone else.
They also will punish restaurants that refuse to join them by claiming on their app that the restaurant is closed or not taking orders when they are (just not w/ your stupid app).
Yeah, and there's also ghost kitchens: big chain restaurants under a unique name in apps and presented as a local business But if you google its location, it's like a Buffalo Wild Wings or something.
