So, if I'm reading this right, Team Trump offered up the bond via a company that does not have the money to pay it, and that legally cannot put up bonds in New York. And while doing so they also filled out the forms wrong and didn't submit the required paperwork.

A more cynical person might suggest that this looks like it was done just so that Donnie could either delay again, or hide his embarrassment at not being able to pay the bond by manufacturing a claim that he isn't too broke to pay the bond and that the Crooked Judge is rejecting his perfect Bond because of a Witch Hunt, or both.

But a less cynical person could also suggest that his team really might just be that stupid.
