All the time, they're just typically really small. We used to get tiny ones in SC every year or two that I never even felt. Although Charleston is "overdue" for a big one that might sink half of downtown into the ocean.
Oh I wouldn't put much stock into that "overdue" stuff. People have been saying that California is overdue for a big earthquake for decades. We'll be fine
