Ive always lived by the moniker that people who talk smack do so because theyve never been punched in the face. Once your terrible behavior puts you in a position that might cause you bodily harm, then you start to adapt your behavior. Basic survival instincts.

So when I check someone, Im actually giving them a valuable life lesson. Or at least thats what a delude myself into thinking.

But yea, the drawback on my end is that Im use to acting on this stuff, so it gives me thin skin. Probably because subconsciously Im looking for a fight so Im not sure if that means Im actually easily offended, but I sure behave like I am.
Well not everyone is like you. Some people are more stoic and don't easily allow people to manipulate their feelings.
When someone gets you riled up, they have power over you. And just going around 'checking' people is a good way to either get your ass beat or get in trouble with the law.
