It is highly unlikely. Well Rick Moranis is apparently coming back for a new Honey I Shrunk movie, Shrunk, after giving up acting entirely to focus on his kids. His kids are older now so he doesn't have that obligation, so perhaps Burton did become inspired for a true sequel. nekrodev posted... I haven't watched any teasers or anything cuz I'm deathly afraid they're going to fuck it up, but I want to believe. The original Beetlejuice is so good, it will always be one of my favorite movies of all time, but, remakes / reboots of shit like that have NOT gone well, historically. You should just check out the trailer. It looks like everyone from the main cast is there minus the dad + Olivia Rodrigo as Lydia's (I assume) child.
