| Dudebusters 04/07/24 8:55:03 PM #57: | Hoothoot was never meant to look like an owl. Hoothoot is supposed to resemble a clock, which is why he's round and it's why his eyebrows are arrows, they're hands on a clock. It's why his Gold and Silver Pokedex entries reference clocks/time.
