Ive been dealing with the effects of Prednisone, and its been quite a rollercoaster. But Im not giving up! Heres what went down during todays workout: Dumbbell Incline Press: I started with 30 lbs or 60 depending on who is counting. So, I went for 3 sets of 8 reps. And just to spice things up, I added 2.5 lbs and squeezed out 8 more reps.Those 2.5 make differnce , don't underestimate them. Cable Seated Rows: I pulled off 3 sets at 90 lbs. Solid effort! Lying Triceps Extension: I might be doing these wrong, but hey, I pushed through 3 sets at 90 lbs anyway. Cable Tricep Pull Down: Another 3 sets at 90 lbs. Triceps, youre in for a treat! Cable Kneeling Crunch: Core work is essential! I tackled 3 sets at 90 lbs. Curls: Managed 2 sets at 90 lbs, and Ill keep pushing for that third set next time.
