| archizzy 04/09/24 9:58:30 PM #13: | I had a frozen shoulder (encapsulated) for just over a year. Just completed my 2nd bout of physical therapy and finally got it mostly fixed at the end of December. The orthopedic doctor said it was a known side effect from getting my Covid shot and flu shot. The timeline lined up as the most likely reason. Couldnt lift my shoulder above my head for a little more than a year.
