I had a frozen shoulder (encapsulated) for just over a year. Just completed my 2nd bout of physical therapy and finally got it mostly fixed at the end of December. The orthopedic doctor said it was a known side effect from getting my Covid shot and flu shot. The timeline lined up as the most likely reason. Couldnt lift my shoulder above my head for a little more than a year.

Couldnt lay on my right shoulder in bed. It was fairly inconvenient for a year.

This is wat Im currently suffering from myself but Ive been like this for 7 years. Right arm is always in pain and cant lift my arm up. Just recently saw a doctor and I may need surgery to fix followed by therapy.
