There is also the scene were the military leader steps down after the disastrous attack on one of the bug planets. He is portrayed as respectfully resigning and giving up command to someone more competent. To be fair, this is in a propaganda video but it seems weird that a fascist regime would portray one of their leaders as incompetent without any qualifications such as something along the lines of "he was actually a scheming traitor" and/or him being cruelly punished for his failure.
How many "best people" has Donald Trump hired into his administration only to turn on them within a few months (or as little as 10 days) and start calling them stupid losers?
