People egregiously lie about how "easy" it is to immigrate to America. It takes at least 15 years to become a citizen unless you're a parent, child, or spouse. Brothers, cousins, aunts or uncles, that takes 15 years minimum.

You have to have some kind of "in" otherwise you just can't. Random "I just want to live here" visas are handed out by lottery and the odds of actually getting one are about as bad as the regular lottery. And even if you did get one you have to wait something stupid like 20 years to get a green card not even citizenship.
