It always starts at the beginning. You'll never miss the first thirty minutes, or the first 90 seconds after a commercial break, because somebody decided to change the channel for no reason. 2. It's garbage anyway. Not in that I don't like it, but in that there's no content. If you COULD miss the first thirty minutes, it wouldn't matter because it would just be some idiot falling off of a chair with no context required. 3.
