The latest major update to Skyrim SE (aka paid mods round 2) snuck in a fix for a slowdown issue that has plagued the XB1 version since release: something weird about how trees were constantly looped to check for mods, so the more mods you had active the more framerate drop you'd get in heavily-wooded areas.
