I'm a little concerned because Dems can have their heads up their assess when it comes to this "for the children" stuff and side with Republicans on draconian bullshit. The TikTok hearing recently demonstrates this. The Senate heard it, but haven't voted on it yet. It's not looking good for the Senate, though, as over 60 Senators have pledged support for it, enough for it to be filibuster proof and pass, and it's expected to pass there.
