I'd have the exact same complaint about Ozzy / Dickinson's solo careers, both of which pale in comparison to the bands they're famous for.

Taylor Swift is a singer. If you removed her vocals from her albums, she might have like 1% of the content remaining that she's had a hand in (lmao her heartbeat on that one song xD). She's a completely negligible piece the pop music system. You could replace her with literally anyone and just tell people it was still her and it would still work.
