I had to shut it down manually with the power button. It's the first time in at least a decade I got something that looks like a virus. It seems ok after restarting and I did a scan, but never clicking on that link again. If this is a serious post, I'm willing to bet everything that appears in the screenshot is all inside a browser. As in it's a scam webpage designed to look like Microsoft saying you have malware.
