I don't know, but I sincerely doubt that. They wouldn't want a Bench Trial because there are less people to intimidate there. And less delays. And less chances to get a MAGA on the jury. And last but certainly not least, they want this judge removed. I don't see you asking for a judge to be removed and then asking for the judge to sit alone in judgement of you, waiving your right to a jury. I also doubt this judge would deny such a motion.
