Topic	What would the SPECIAL stat spread be for the Fallout TV show characters?

Lucy having 5 Charisma also surprises me as she never convinces anyone to do anyhting! I feel like most of the non-hostile characters she comes across do find her weirdly endearing. And she is the most likely character to try and talk their way through a situation first.
