Brother comes home from Africa, sister is happy to see him, he gives her a present, she makes a dumb Hallmark channel joke, he hugs his parents. *shrugs* I guess if you were trying to read too much into it, you could suggest the bow implies unwrapping, which would be sexual, but it looks like she just meant she doesn't care about the souvenir since her brother she missed so much is home.
