The redacted doc about Nauta doesn't make clear who told him that Trump / FPOTUS would pardon him "in 2024". Does that open the door to embarrass one of the defense lawyers in court for not understanding how presidential terms work since, if Trump wins in the fall, he wouldn't take office until 2025? ...
