Zelda on modern hardware, with a time traveling storyline that offers some complexity. It would be called something like A Link to the Future where you can traverse back and forth between an ancient world and a more technologically advance one. I'm thinking something like Republic City from Legend of Korra. Instead of operating on theme of light/dark, you could influence and shape the world by influencing different lines of ancestry. These would be the sidequests that make up the core part of the game. The modern world and the people who exist in it will depend on the actions you take in the ancient world. Almost like a blend between the quests in Majora's Mask and the time traveling mechanic in Ocarina of Time, but taken to a whole new level.
