Yes, that's why it's more logical to call this an election interference case than a hush money case because what he was trying to achieve was way worse than just hushing her up, which also doesn't really jive with reality as Trump doesn't give a shit about Melania finding out. I hate the media for referring to it as "hush money" and for referring to the espionage case in FL as "documents case" (his actual charges are espionage charges, not "documents" charges). They water down the severity of this fascist's crimes because they fucking love him and its sickening.
