Everything either has a giant hundreds of millions 'blockbuster or die' type of budget or is a little indie movie. The mid budget movie has become really rare. Plus, with all the streaming crap going on now, movies have lost the secondary revenue from the era where people bought movies on tape and then DVDs and then Bluray. That's not at what he's talking about though.
