Speaking as a Floridian who surprisingly isn't quite as eager / flippant as most of CE about having my state metaphorically cut off from the mainland (or literally, if Bugs Bunny has any say), I encourage the Biden campaign to actually give a shit and try to win the state. Don't just throw a pile of money at the state party; actually send competent people down to canvas and do local outreach.

DeSantis crashed and burned on the national stage, and the state is finally entering the 'find out' phase of his and his legislature's fuck-aroundery. If there was ever a time for Dems to make a coordinated effort to retake the state, it'll be now.

The only monkey wrench here is that odds are very high that Florida will get hit by a major hurricane right before the election; and no matter how badly DeSantis makes a fool of himself in his pristine white wellies, a hurricane response is always a boost for the sitting governor's favorability (and by extension his party).
