Especially if the logic makes no sense at all, or the mod is just plain wrong. I remember talking about emulation and getting modded for illegal activities. I appealed that emulation isn't strictly illegall all the time. They replied that you couldn't legally emulate games from that console, which wasn't true. I appealed again and explained how it wasn't true and I was talking about legal emulation. After that it was just upheld with the mod saying it was still illegal.
