This entire thread might have given me the reason why they wanted to bring this to the Supreme Court and hear arguments. They could have easily struck it down and used the lower courts ruling as an exhaustive litany of reasons why a president doesn't have immunity. Having this hearing in public on public record, forcing lawyers to admit in public what is and isn't presidential act for purposes of immunity, would go a long way to forming critical pieces of arguments for prosecution against the conspirators and accused. --- Face it Cloud is a gaming icon and has appered in lots of games while mario has only appeared in 2 games sunshine and 64~xSlashbomBx ...
