C-zom 04/25/24 3:43:30 PM #73: | Burgers need to be well done, no questions asked. You don't mess with pink/red minced meat that is only graded for cooking and not tartar grade. Your burgers are dry and rubbery because the beef quality is F tier at grocery stores, your aluminum pan sucks, etc.
