Ive decided to take a step back from discussing controversial topics for the time being. I made one hot topic post just out of habit, But now I'm laying low until things settle down. In the meantime, my focus will be on lighter subjects: Foxgirls, wrestling, and particularly, weight loss. On that note, Ive got an exercise bike! My goal still to do that half marathon, and Im aware that I need to start conditioning my body now. Unfortunately, my feet are not in the best shape, which means running is off the table for the moment. Therefore, Ill be using the bike as my primary training tool for the next few months. Once I feel more prepared, Ill introduce running into my routine, starting with once a week to gauge how it feels. Aside from that, the bike will be my go-to for cardio workouts. With my boxing. My plan is this. Weight lifting Days. Do y lifting in the AM and Boxing at the end of the day. Days that I don't lift, hit that bike in the AM then boxing at night. And in between all that find time to do my work, and my school work, and take care of my cold blooded friends.
