Tons of times. I had grand mal seizures (the type where the person falls and starts twitching uncontrollably) until I was around 20 or so. There was no warning or anything; I would just be busy doing something one minute, then wake up on the floor with a headache feeling really tired the next :<

Also, in the off chance someone witnesses someone having a seizure, please don't listen to the old wives' tale about them being at risk of swallowing their tongue. That won't happen, and putting something in their mouth for them to bite down on presents not only a choking hazard, but can also damage their teeth.
